Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using LogosVox you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

The platform is in beta

LogosVox is under active development. Features appear, change and are withdrawn; interruptions happen; data loss is unlikely but possible. Do not rely on the platform as the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Your account and your handle

You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to the identity provider you sign in with.

A handle is reserved for you while your account is active. We may reclaim one that impersonates somebody, infringes a trademark, or has been taken purely to keep it from someone else.

Plans, credits and storage

Each plan carries an amount of storage and an amount of AI credits. Credits are consumed as you use features that call a model, and the amount consumed reflects the work performed. Unused credits do not carry over between periods unless a plan explicitly says so, and credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where the law requires it.

Prices and plan contents may change; a change that affects a plan you are already on will be announced before it applies.

What you make is yours

You keep ownership of everything you create with LogosVox. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — to store your work, to process it in order to produce the results you ask for, and to serve it publicly where you have chosen to publish it.

You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload, and for what your published projects do.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, or use LogosVox to help somebody else break it.
• Do not attack the platform, its infrastructure, or other users — no probing for weaknesses without permission, no attempts to escape the sandbox, no denial of service.
• Do not publish malware, phishing pages, or content that impersonates a person or organisation.
• Do not use the platform to generate material that sexually exploits children, incites violence, or harasses a person.
• Do not resell platform capacity, or automate access in a way that degrades the service for others.

Published projects

Projects you publish are served from a separate domain, lvox.app, so that code written by one person cannot reach the session of another. You remain responsible for what your project does and for what it collects from its visitors. We may take a published project offline if it breaks these terms.

Availability and warranty

The platform is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that it will be free of faults, or that a model's output will be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose. Check anything that matters before you act on it.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless saying so would itself cause harm. Sections that by their nature outlast the agreement — ownership, acceptable use, and the limits above — continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

These terms will change as the platform does. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and a material change will be announced before it takes effect. Continuing to use LogosVox after that means accepting the new version.
